Happiness is getting a smile on everybody's face, head nodding, munching the home-made pizza in one hand.A big thank you to my sister who taught me how to make pizza to suit my own taste. yippee!
Now, i would like to share this easy homemade tasty pizza with you.
YUMmY PineApple TuNa PIZZA

Ingredients:
- Wholemeal pita bread (as base)
- Button mushroom (sliced)
- Tuna in water (drained away the water)
- Capsicum (red, green, yellow)
- Oregano
- Mixed spice
- Black pepper
- Tomato paste
- Pineapple (cut into small pieces)
- Mazilla cheese

- Cut the capsicum into smaller pieces (lengthwise or cubes)
- Fried the sliced mushrooms with garlic, capsicums; then add the tomato paste.
- Dash of black pepper, oregano and mixed spice.
- Drained away the water in tuna and smashed the tuna flesh into finer pieces.
- Wholemeal pita bread on table, use a fork to have it poked many times on the surface.
- Spread a generous layer of the cooked tomato paste.
- Lay the pineapple on the tomato paste, then sprinkle the mashed tuna flakes on it.
- Lastly have a lot of mazilla cheese on top.
- Oven set at 250 degree, backed for about 10 to 15 minutes.
