Pizza - Pineapple Tuna Pizza

PiZZa PiZZe CraZZe !

Happiness is getting a smile on everybody's face, head nodding, munching the home-made pizza in one hand.

A big thank you to my sister who taught me how to make pizza to suit my own taste. yippee!

Now, i would like to share this easy homemade tasty pizza with you.

Ingredients:
- Wholemeal pita bread (as base)
- Button mushroom (sliced)
- Tuna in water (drained away the water)
- Capsicum (red, green, yellow)
- Oregano
- Mixed spice
- Black pepper
- Tomato paste
- Pineapple (cut into small pieces)
- Mazilla cheese

Methods:
  1. Cut the capsicum into smaller pieces (lengthwise or cubes)
  2. Fried the sliced mushrooms with garlic, capsicums; then add the tomato paste.
  3. Dash of black pepper, oregano and mixed spice.
  4. Drained away the water in tuna and smashed the tuna flesh into finer pieces.
  5. Wholemeal pita bread on table, use a fork to have it poked many times on the surface.
  6. Spread a generous layer of the cooked tomato paste.
  7. Lay the pineapple on the tomato paste, then sprinkle the mashed tuna flakes on it.
  8. Lastly have a lot of mazilla cheese on top.
  9. Oven set at 250 degree, backed for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Porridge/Congee - Minced Meat Congee

Porridge or Congee for Breakfast or Lunch

Congee or porridge -- is simply cooked by boiling rice in more water.


People with poor digestive systems should cut down on their intakes of oily food and consume more congee, it helps promote digestion.

Congee for breakfast - will set up energy for the rest of the day! Many has agreed to this saying. But nowadays, a lot of people also have congee for lunch or dinner.

Recently i had tried a simple and fast way of cooking congee. My family members love it, so, would like to share with you. Hope you like it too!

Minced Meat/Shredded Chicken Congee 


Ingredients:
1 cup rice (8 cups water)
slices of ginger
chicken meat (shredded)
1 stalk of celery (cut into small pieces)
6 to 8 scallops (optional)

Methods:
  1. Rinse the rice (2 to 3 times) and cooked it (inside rice cooker - porridge mode).
  2. Soak scallops in 1 cup water. Add slices of ginger, cooked under slow fire for 10 mins.
  3. Add a little salt and cornstarch to your chicken meat and mix well.
  4. Pour in the cooked scallops, then add shredded chicken, stir and let it cooked well.
  5. Serve with sprinkled celery.
