Cakes - Oreo Cheesecake

No Bake Oreo Cheesecake

Simple No Bake OREO CHEESECAKE

Ingredients :
Cream Cheese - 125g
Melted Butter - 25g
Oreo Cookies (remove cream) - 10 cookies or about 100g (whole cookies weight)
Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
Gelatine - 1 tsp
Thickened Cream - 80g
Sugar - 30g

Methods :

1. Line tin/ pan.
2. Crush/ blend Oreo cookies, mix with butter.
3. Use 2/3 of Oreo bits. Press firmly into tin & chill for 30min.
4. Beat Cream Cheese + Sugar + Vanilla till smooth, then beat in Cream and Gelatine.
5. Stir remaining 1/3 Oreo bits into mixture, and pour into tin/ pan.
6. Chill 3 hrs or till set.
