| Chocolate Cheesecake |

Ingredient A:180g butter
20g cocoa powder, sifted
100g castor sugar or brown sugar
3 eggs
120 self-raising flour, sifted

Ingredient B:
1 egg
250g cream cheese
35g castor sugar or brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup water
Methods:
1. For ingredient A:
Melt butter in saucepan, then add cocoa powder, stir well.
cool a bit, add in sugar and beat in eggs one at a time.
then, pour in your greased or lined tin and bake for 15 minutes at 170 degree.
(that is equivalent to half-cooked).
2.For ingredient B:
Mix all the ingredient and beat well.
Pour the mixture over (A) when it is half-cooked and swirl through with a small knife.
Then put back to oven and continue to bake for about 25 mins till golden brown.
Ta-ra!!! it's DONE!
